Efforts to make the school excellent:

Own efforts:- When we were appointed in the present school, the condition of the school was very pathetic. The enrollment was also only 109. Discipline and educational quality were negligible. There was a political atmosphere in the school and village. There was also an influx of unruly elements into the school due to which the educational quality of the children was being adversely affected. We were also intimidated many times through unknown phone calls and were threatened to get transferred from here and leave, otherwise we would have to face serious situations. To establish better system in the school, we had to face many difficulties and challenges...!

*"We also felt scared after seeing the distance.. but we moved forward after seeing the path.. it automatically came closer.. our destination.. seeing our courage.."*

First of all, we got the main gate constructed for the safety of the school children and the school staff. After taking gas connection, immediately arranged for gas stove, cylinder and utensils for mid-day meal. There was a kitchen in the school but it was full of junk and the kitchen was also dilapidated. The kitchen was beautified by repairing and tiling it. Now gradually the system started getting corrected. The dilapidated boundary wall was also repaired and raised higher for security reasons. By conducting school management committee, maternal parent meeting, teacher meeting and parent meeting as per the rules, the daily routine of the school was conducted on time, regularly and with discipline and motivated the school staff to work in team spirit. Innovative efforts were made to increase enrollment and reduce dropouts. Such as organizing Shiksha Chaupal, discussing with parents on telephone every day and sending the child to school after knowing the reason for his absence.

Education was linked to quality innovation. Along with the successful implementation of morning and evening meetings, various activities like daily Yogasana Pranayam practice, general knowledge quiz etc. were conducted regularly. For the bright future of children, learning room, smart class and computer lab were constructed at their own expense. Under Mission Shakti, girls' education and self-defense training are being given continuously. Apart from this, self-defense training is also being given to the mothers and under the signature campaign, we are making 100 percent efforts to connect every mother and guardian with this campaign. With the aim that all the parents should at least learn to write their names.

Along with making the children skilled, continuous efforts are being made to make their parents also skilled. We have started smart classes and computer labs at personal expense to provide modern education to the village children. Apart from a better library, he keeps introducing various kinds of innovations in teaching through himself and his associate teachers. He also plays an important role in social awareness issues including environmental protection, yoga, general knowledge. Acknowledging true dedication and hard work, he took the school to a good position. Gradually, children from neighboring groups also started coming. The number kept increasing and people's confidence kept increasing. Now our school has become even more beautiful. The hearts of the children rejoiced with joy.

After beautification of the school, our school became more attractive. The enthusiasm within the children kept increasing and the dedication, hard work and honesty within all of us also kept increasing.

We do all the study and teaching work in a cordial and disciplined environment.

There has been a record breaking increase in the student population of the school in the last years.

Every child of the school has 100% participation in sports/co-curricular activities as per his/her interest.

Special attention is paid to the cleanliness of the school premises, environmental protection and functioning of toilets.

Library has been arranged in the school at primary and upper primary level and it is being run successfully.

Various activities were conducted during the Corona epidemic.

• Saplings were planted in the school in the presence of the family members of the deceased in memory of those who died due to Covid-19 in Gram Panchayat ON. A total of 151 saplings were planted and children were also given the responsibility of adopting one sapling each.

Community Efforts:-

The school infrastructure and the dynamism of the society to create social awareness among the children is commendable.

• A permanent platform for educational activities was constructed by the community.
• Plants were provided as gifts by the parents of the children for tree plantation in the school.
• Inverter batteries were also donated to the school by the school management committee for the successful operation of the smart class.

At present, with the immense support of parents, the school has recorded record breaking enrollment compared to previous years. The total enrollment at present is 338. Along with enrolment, the community also plays an important role in attendance, retention and achievement, which is highly commendable. All the facilities in the school have been saturated. All the 19 parameters under Operation Kayakalp have been saturated.

C- With the cooperation of other teachers: All the teachers have taken the school to number one by cooperating with each other.

D- With the help of public representatives: We get equal support from senior citizens of the village, public representatives and respected village head.

E- Through public participation: There is contact from time to time with local citizens in which the school is taken forward by taking suggestions and cooperation from senior citizens.

F- With other support: Cooks, cleaning workers and some side colleagues help a lot in the maintenance of the school.

A- Details of awards received by the students: Trophies, medals and citations have been received.

B- Details of success of students in various competitive examinations: 8 students were successful in science competition, 48 students were successful in sports competition, 2 students were successful in calligraphy competition. 14 students were successful in Rangoli competition. 18 students were successful in the cultural programme, singing and dancing competition. Children also received motivational boys and girls certificates.

C-Other achievements of students: Quiz competition, dance competition, street play etc.

5 - Motivational teaching, cultural, social and sports activities of the school: - All the teachers of the children go to the class only after making a teaching plan and do various types of T.L.M. We do the work of teaching and learning using technology and remedial teaching is also done to address the learning gap that has arisen among the children in my school. Preparation for various types of competitions is also done by making roster wise among the teachers in our school. . Children's Parliament has been constructed in our school. Chairman, Vice Chairman, Minister, Public Minister, Food Minister, Lost and Found Department have been created. Captain and monitor have also been made. Under which some children have been nominated. Who discharge their responsibilities and learn.Children's meeting is organized every Saturday in which various types of cultural sports programs are conducted. Meena Manch is also used under which emphasis is laid on the education of girls. They are given safety related tips. In our school, out pass cards have been made for each class, according to which children go out of the class to drink water.
