Mrs. Thapa's journey in the Private and Boarding Schools Organization Nepal (PABSON) stands as a testament to her leadership prowess. Joining in 2000 AD, she swiftly rose to become the Treasurer of the Bhaktapur District Committee in 2001 AD. Her dedication resonated, leading her to various roles in the Central Committee of PABSON.

Serving as a member, secretary, and vice president for multiple tenures, she currently serves the position of Senior Vice President, committed to fortify and rejuvenate PABSON.

Currently, she is serving as the Founding Principal of Siddhartha Vidyapeeth School, which caters to students up to class 10. Venturing into higher education, Mrs. Thapa is also a founding member of SS College, an institution dedicated to nurturing students up to the MBS level.
